1. Services

Prumant provides marketing and advertising services, including but not limited to social media marketing, paid advertising, content creation, and digital strategy.
All services will be delivered as outlined in the proposal or agreement provided to the client.

2. Payments and Fees

All fees are due according to the payment schedule stated in the proposal or invoice.

Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Late payments may result in a delay or suspension of services.

Any third-party advertising costs (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads) are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide accurate information, access, and materials required for campaign execution.

Delays caused by the client’s failure to provide necessary information or approvals may affect project timelines.

The client is responsible for ensuring all materials they provide (logos, images, text, etc.) are legally owned or properly licensed.

4. Revisions and Approvals

Prumant will provide drafts, creatives, or campaigns for client review.

Revisions are limited to the number specified in the proposal. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

Once approved, any further changes are treated as new work and billed separately.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all confidential information private and not disclose it to any third party, except as required by law or with prior written consent.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns the final creative materials produced specifically for their project.

Prumant retains the right to showcase completed work for portfolio, marketing, or promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

Prumant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services.
We make no guarantees regarding the specific results or performance of marketing campaigns.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these Terms.

Upon termination, all outstanding payments for completed work will become immediately due.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts under relevant jurisdiction.

10. Changes to Terms

Prumant reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website or communicated directly to clients.
